Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in various roles, including freelance transcription and captioning, where I developed a keen eye for detail and accuracy. My internship at Meru Central Dairy Co-operative Union Limited provided me with hands-on experience in quality control and production processes, where I was involved in chemical and microbial analysis, as well as the production and packaging of dairy products. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sanitation, further enhancing my knowledge and skills in the field.
