I’m currently a Produce Associate at Walmart, where I focus on customer satisfaction, cleaning, and customer safety while maintaining reliable day-to-day operations.

Previously, as a Tax Clerk for the Department of the Treasury / Internal Revenue Service, I organized taxpayer information quickly, completed data entry, processed undeliverable letters, and supported secure document handling through safe disposal practices—upholding the oath of office and prioritizing safety and care for every taxpayer.

Earlier, I worked as a Crew Member/Team Leader at All Star Wendy’s LLC and as a Crew Member at Portillo’s, handling cashier duties, operating POS systems, and addressing customer complaints professionally in fast-paced environments. I also trained new employees, cross-trained across roles, followed food handling regulations and safety protocols, and carried out store opening/closing procedures.
