At eXpress, I optimize Python services for an enterprise communication platform serving approximately 80,000 registered employees. I reduced PostgreSQL notification query latency from about 160–190 ms to 5–9 ms on a 2M-record workload.
I also resolved connection-exhaustion issues, reducing peak database connections from about 220 to 120 or fewer and eliminating related production timeouts. I authored and drove adoption of a domain-oriented architecture for a legacy backend.
At ENCO Digital Solutions, I built a reusable FastAPI toolkit that was adopted across backend services and engineered a migration from shared MySQL ownership to service-owned PostgreSQL schemas. I also built REST APIs and PostgreSQL data models for sports-event management, and implemented an asynchronous SMEV 3 integration.
As an independent backend developer, I designed and built a Django/PostgreSQL inventory system for an automotive workshop. I also designed and continue to maintain a production Discord backend for a community of about 21,000 members, with measured response times below 500 ms during peak usage.
