What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a RN quality/care coordination role where I can own CMS metric performance, build reporting to drive gap closure, and collaborate with clinicians to improve value-based outcomes and audit-ready documentation.

I’m a healthcare operations and quality improvement RN with 16+ years optimizing clinical workflows, driving measurable improvements in CMS quality metrics, and supporting value based care initiatives. I partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen regulatory compliance while enhancing patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Across Medicare Advantage and Fee for Service, I monitor HEDIS/MIPS/ACO/Star Ratings measures, build KPI tracking and reporting dashboards, and run gap closure initiatives for high-risk populations.
