At NeuroLab, I designed the backend architecture for a neurological data platform connecting patient records, clinic operations, and clinical research workflows. I built object-storage pipelines for EEG recordings and device sessions, and implemented role-based access control, refresh-token authentication, and rate limiting.

At Rwanda TVET Board (RTB), I built backend APIs for DualTvet MIS and automated student internship placement, contract generation, and digital signing workflows. My projects include backends for telehealth, ride-sharing, assignment management, and vehicle emissions platforms.
