What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can blend product sense with analytics—owning dashboards, experimentation, and decision-ready insights. I want a collaborative team that values measurable impact, clear ownership, and fast learning.

I combine product thinking with data analytics to turn insights into actions. Through product and PMO experience, I support project planning and execution while improving reporting quality and cross-team coordination to deliver results on time.

In analytics work, I’ve built automated Power BI dashboards for real-time tracking, using DAX-based KPIs and journey segmentation to identify drop-off points and benchmark performance against competitors. I also developed predictive models for flight delay forecasting with XGBoost, validating performance and explaining key drivers using SHAP.

I enjoy owning end-to-end problems—from revenue-focused funnel and persona analysis to feasibility and financial evaluation—then translating findings into clear recommendations. As a leader, I’ve driven promotions and public relations, coordinated large teams for high-traffic events, and built user-friendly digital experiences that improved usability and engagement.
