What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst role where I can apply RCM data analysis, denial reduction, process improvement, and healthcare-domain expertise to improve clean claim rates and reimbursement outcomes.

I'm currently at Corro Health, where I analyze AR aging, payer performance, claim acceptance, and denial trends to improve reimbursement workflows and clean claim rates.

I partner with billing teams, coding teams, insurance carriers, provider offices, and revenue cycle leadership to resolve escalated account issues. I use Epic, payer portals, EOBs, and ERAs to uncover discrepancies, document root causes, and support appeal strategies that reduce recurring denials.

Previously at R1 RCM, I tracked claim status, verified eligibility and authorization data, triaged denials, and maintained HIPAA-compliant documentation for follow-up and resolution.

My earlier customer and technical support work at Justdial strengthened my ability to analyze recurring issues, translate technical requirements into functional setups, and coordinate with IT teams on resolutions.
