What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and strengthen software quality assurance for banking or digital products, using test strategy, functional testing, API validation, and team collaboration to deliver reliable releases.

I've delivered banking application testing for State Bank of India, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, and Axis Bank through Quality Kiosk Technologies. My work spans SBI Yono 2.0, digital banking, customer onboarding, payments, deposits, cards, UPI, and complaint-management workflows.

I create and execute test cases, validate APIs with Postman, set up and verify banking data in Finacle and Intellect Core Banking, and manage defects through JIRA and MasterCraft. I have executed 500+ test cases and managed 150+ defects per month while closing end-to-end regression workflows and producing closure reports.

I've also led test planning for complex applications, partnered with vendors and development teams on integrations, improved VKYC efficiency by 8% through root-cause analysis, and supervised a team of six staff members.
