Spearheaded the strategic technical migration of the global ERP system from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, leading the impact analysis and transition for over 3,000 critical supply chain interfaces. Architected and led the development of a risk-based automated testing framework using ALM/UFT, building custom workflows to prioritize test scope and significantly boost QA coverage for a seamless deployment.

Led the technical integration of SAP systems with Kinaxis RapidResponse, establishing 75+ real-time and batch interfaces to replace the legacy SAP APO planning model. Designed and deployed an Interface Visibility Dashboard on the Splunk Cloud Observability Platform to enhance real-time monitoring, analytics, and issue resolution capabilities.

Directed the enterprise-wide transition from TraceLink to SAP ATTP-ICH for global serialization, delivering $7M in direct cost savings and an estimated $19M in soft savings. Led the end-to-end analysis, design, and transformation of 80 interface objects, ensuring robust and scalable compliance across diverse international market regulations.

Led the implementation of advanced warehouse automation, including ASRS robotics, Voice-Directed Picking, and Pick-to-Light technologies to increase throughput and accuracy. Pioneered the use of RPA (Blue Prism) to develop and deploy bots that automated critical master data and distribution processes, offloading manual effort and boosting efficiency.

Directed distribution and finance integration for the global ERP program using Oracle SOA-based Fusion Middleware. Designed and architected reusable integration patterns and components for warehouse automation and material handling equipment integration, supporting the global ERP strategy from the proof-of-concept phase onward.

Completed a program in Computer Applications from the Board of Technical Examination in Bombay, India. This education provided foundational knowledge in computer systems and applications.

Studied Petro-Chemical Technology at M.S. University of Baroda, India. This program provided a comprehensive understanding of petrochemical processes and related technologies.
