At CBTW APAC, I lead AI Factory architecture and build an internal AI-powered assistant using operational data for resource planning, project delivery, and business decisions.
I previously designed and deployed Uptio at Minerva Partners, a GenAI platform for financial forecasting and decision support, including an LLM-powered chatbot, agentic workflows, and hierarchical forecasting pipelines on Azure, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL. At Vietnam Silicon, I led a bilingual AI insights platform delivering natural-language Q&A, explainable forecasts, charts, alerts, and data provenance across multiple domains.
With 17+ years spanning software engineering, machine learning, and AI systems, I bring a Ph.D. in Computer Science, four first-author peer-reviewed publications, and an AI patent to hands-on production delivery.
