I am a dedicated social worker and counselor with over a decade of experience in case management and mental health counseling. Licensed as a social worker and alcohol and drug counselor in Minnesota, I have a strong commitment to partnering with individuals and families to navigate various life challenges. My extensive experience in virtual case management has equipped me with the skills to deliver effective support remotely.

Throughout my career, I have conducted comprehensive assessments, established therapeutic relationships, and provided tailored case management services to individuals facing chronic mental health and substance use issues. My work at St. Louis County Public Health & Human Services involved evaluating the needs of disabled adults and developing actionable plans to ensure they receive necessary services. I have also facilitated therapy sessions for incarcerated adults, utilizing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to foster positive outcomes.

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Bemidji State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts Degree from Hibbing Community College. I am passionate about empowering individuals through education and support, and I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for all my clients.
