At NOV / M/D TOTCO, I configure, install, and commission networked equipment in customer environments, including routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and Windows workstations. During a production outage, I provided an alternate network path to restore service, then replaced water-damaged routing equipment and documented a backup connection.
In the United States Army, I co-developed and deployed specialized C-17 airborne communications systems, from requirements and network setup through testing and deployment. I also led a small network operations team and improved access request reviews, reducing average turnaround from approximately 87 days to 21 days.
