At the United States Air Force in RAF Fairford, I configured and maintained enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across secure and non-secure environments. I led deployment of three coalition network environments for a NATO exercise, integrating Cisco switches and TACLANE devices.
I also led a base-wide technology refresh that replaced legacy endpoints and network devices with Cisco 9300 infrastructure, completing the effort 18 months ahead of schedule. At Beale AFB, I restored network operations after a core node failure and taught an Identity Services Engine familiarization course that cut ticket count by 40 percent over three months.
