I’m a versatile marketing professional with hands-on experience creating and scheduling engaging social content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I translate current trends and customer feedback into consistent brand voice through captions, graphics, and short-form posts.

In my role, I also strengthen customer satisfaction by resolving queries across social platforms and email with prompt, solutions-focused responses. I monitor engagement and feedback trends, then recommend content or service improvements based on recurring patterns to improve retention.

Alongside content work, I support front desk and administrative operations—greeting and checking in visitors, answering and routing calls, and coordinating appointments and meetings. I maintain visitor logs for record-keeping and handle administrative tasks such as data entry and records maintenance.

I collaborate with marketing teams on content planning and campaign coordination, bringing clear communication and dependable follow-through. I’m comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Instagram & TikTok tools, and Microsoft Office, and I’m building long-term impact through digital marketing and customer-first problem solving.
