At Tech Mahindra, I supported a 650-employee India and APAC workforce, advising managers on performance, PIPs, retention, grievances, onboarding, exits, and capability building. I also prepared HR dashboards and workforce insights to inform targeted interventions.
At Concentrix and HCL Technologies, I managed employee lifecycle matters for BPO and IT workforces, using pulse surveys, employee feedback, RAG analysis, and people analytics to address workforce concerns, attrition, and engagement.
