At ZIMAKI Consult, I support quality assurance and audit project reports across 29 active projects, including site inspections for coastal-region work. I review documentation, flag inconsistencies, and coordinate with site and consultancy teams to track progress against quality benchmarks.
Across construction internships at Thika Affordable Housing Depot, Urban Dreams Ltd, and Nakuru Site, I’ve monitored structural and reinforcement works, conducted concrete cube tests, quantified steel and materials, prepared site reports, and supported safety compliance. My work contributed to approximately 5% material-waste savings on foundation and ground-floor steel quantification, while I also led safety, fire, and first-aid drills for more than 30 site workers.
I’m completing a Bachelor of Construction Management at JKUAT and am passionate about sustainable construction, retrofitting innovations, and green building technologies. I use AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MS Project, and Primavera P6 basics to support practical, quality-focused construction delivery.
