At Peace River Center, I provided direct observation and therapeutic support for adult and child psychiatric clients in a crisis stabilization unit. I completed safety rounds, documented patient behavior electronically, and assisted nurses with admissions and intake.

I've also delivered hands-on care as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Affinity Home Care and San Dimas Community Hospital, supporting daily living activities, vital signs, charting, hygiene, and patient comfort.

My customer service background includes Assistant Store Manager at Extra Space Storage and Head Cashier at The Home Depot, where I guided customers, processed payments and deposits, trained and coached cashiers, and addressed customer concerns.
