I deliver targeted middle school math intervention at Wicomico Middle School, using formative and summative assessments to identify learning gaps and build individualized plans. I’ve consistently helped students achieve 1.5 to 2 years of academic growth through data-driven instructional strategies.

Since 2023, I’ve been teaching in the Wicomico Blended Virtual Program, delivering daily virtual math instruction through Zoom and multiple digital learning platforms. I also create online learning experiences that promote student participation and academic achievement while keeping the classroom safe and structured.

Alongside teaching, I’ve served as Registrar for the Wicomico County Fair since 2019, managing high-volume registration operations and maintaining accurate records. I input judging results for 4000+ items, prepare prize checks for 250+ exhibitors, and coordinate the data behind thousands of competition entries.

I communicate with stakeholders by email and engagement platforms and keep records and data organized using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database management systems that track 2,500+ items and 1,000+ customers.
