As a Store Manager at TeaTown, I have honed my leadership skills by training employees on store protocols and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. In my role as Web Design and Product Manager for Thanh Thuy Florist, I have successfully designed and maintained the company website using WIX. My focus on improving user interface has made it easier for customers to navigate the site, while my management of online transactions has streamlined operations.
