At Redlands Mesa Golf Course, I lead pro shop operations, membership sales, member service, leagues, tournaments, staff supervision, and scheduling for a facility serving approximately 30,000 rounds per year.

I also built operational tools including Google Forms and Sheets accountability workflows, leaderboards, payout calculators, an employee handbook, and cart barn checklists. Alongside my full-time duties, I operate a private golf instruction business with a branded lesson page, tiered pricing, and student assessment tool.
