I'm looking to join a creative product team, take command of the design process, and deliver value to millions of users.

Led the full user experience design of an iOS app from blue sky to UX specs, to QA testing, defining UX goals for new and evolving features.
Collaborated with the Director of Product & Design to take important UX-heavy features from concept to completion.
Worked closely with research, strategy, business, design, and development teams to design next-generation UI/UX concepts and structures across multiple products.
Incorporated UX research tools, data, personas, competitive analysis, and metrics to shape the user experience and improve user adoption and retention rates.
Conducted in-depth usability studies with users, resulting in design improvements that significantly improved conversion and retention.
Created design standards and documented them in a design library to improve the performance and usability of UI elements and decrease development time.
