Toni Lulgjuraj

I’m a motivated sophomore at Michigan State University pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant, backed by a strong foundation in patient-centered care through clinical training and caregiving experience. I’m also certified as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and maintain Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

In 160 clinical hours at Cedarbrook Senior Assisted Living Center, I assisted elderly residents with daily care, mobility, engagement, and communication. I gained exposure to vital sign monitoring (blood pressure and pulse), observed medication administration, and supported healthcare coordination.

In my current Caregiver role at Cedarbrook Senior Living Center, I provide hands-on care with a focus on activities of daily living, hygiene, dressing, toileting, and meals. I observe and report condition changes to nursing staff, collaborate with the healthcare team, and bring leadership, communication, and teamwork skills from caregiving, customer service, and community involvement.
