Designed end-to-end HR and operations systems for a 45+ person seafood distributor, including 17 HR SOPs, a three-layer documentation architecture, and Odoo ERP configuration design. Built five internal apps on Lovable.dev with Supabase backends to enforce operational controls.

Developed an integrated HR operating model connecting governance, operations, performance, workforce planning and decision support. Created functional requirements for ERP/HRIS configuration and prototyped HR tools including analytics dashboards and structured interview frameworks.

Senior HR leader supporting 2,400+ employees across Thailand, Myanmar and Laos, with responsibility spanning talent acquisition, HR operations, performance, reward and workforce strategy. Built the HR foundation for KPMG's Myanmar expansion from 4 to 90 employees and co-led localisation of the global performance management platform.

Led search mandates for global investment banks in Tokyo and was recognised as top-performing new consultant in 2007. Developed long-term advisory relationships with senior finance professionals across the market.

Managed branch operations, performance management, scheduling and reporting. Led multicultural teams and training initiatives, and was promoted from instructor to management role.

Completed a joint honours MA in Philosophy and Literature.

Earned the Google Project Management Certification covering Agile, Lean, and change management.
