Tomiwa Oladokun

I’m an organized, results-driven Project Manager with progressive experience spanning technical operations, software engineering, and executive support since 2019. I combine a B.Sc. in Computer Science with hands-on fluency in roadmap design, milestone tracking, and executive-level reporting.

Since leading cross-functional fintech projects end-to-end, I focus on roadmap execution, milestone visibility, and clear accountability across concurrent workstreams. I manage remote teams, align stakeholders, and streamline workflows to keep deliverables on schedule.

In my most recent role, I spearhead end-to-end fintech project planning, execution, and stakeholder reporting—serving as a direct executive liaison. I build and maintain project trackers and roadmaps using Trello, Notion, Google Calendar, and Slack to give leadership real-time visibility into project health.

Previously, I supported C-level executives through technical documentation, scheduling, and task management, while also facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). I’m known for a sharp eye for detail, calm execution under pressure, and people-first leadership—bridging technical and business priorities for smooth handoffs.
