What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Import/Operations role where I can manage end-to-end shipments, coordinate customs documentation, improve process efficiency with ERP, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver on-time, compliant imports.

I’m a highly motivated, detail-oriented aspiring Import/Operations Officer with a foundational understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and supply chain logistics. I focus on improving operational efficiency while keeping transactions accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

In my current role, I manage end-to-end import processes—tracking order progress to catch delays early, coordinating documentation for compliance, and liaising with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents. I also develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions, maintain detailed records of import transactions, and streamline import procedures to increase efficiency.

Before operations, I supported senior leadership as an Executive Assistant to the GM and handled HR/Admin tasks like personnel records and payroll administration. I also bring a technical foundation from an IT support internship, where I supported system checks, cybersecurity measures, and network configuration.
