I’m a Senior Finance Business Partner with 22 years and 7 months across Finance/Accounting, and I lead with “Learn & Improve continuously” and a “company owner' mentality.” Since May 2024 at Core biz EMEA - Iron Mountain, I drive forecasting, planning, and performance management for the EMEA region—partnering with Operations to improve EBITDA, especially through cost savings.

I’ve built and reshaped planning and controlling processes across multiple roles, including Power BI reporting, scenario planning, and multi-annual planning for complex environments (e.g., Storage Cost forecasting and budgeting for over 40 countries and 300+ sites). Previously, as Financial analysis, controlling & reporting manager at Altex Romania and Senior financial planning, reporting & projects manager at British American Tobacco, I managed teams and key projects (including UPiS and IEIS) and supported the success of global planning/reporting implementations; earlier at LG Electronics, I created the Financial Planning department and served as deputy CFO while owning rolling forecasts, KPIs, and AR risk.
