As a self-employed corporate finance professional, I analyze companies’ financial condition and capacity, assess investment projects, and prepare analyses supporting fundraising. I also developed a financial scoring tool for a public institution and trained more than 500 employees to use it and interpret its results.
At INNOVATIVE IT VENTURES (G24 sp. z o.o., Masters sp. z o.o.), I coordinate IT projects that support business operations, translating business needs into functional requirements and working with Agile and Scrum methodologies. I also participate in developing tools to improve operational and management processes.
As a lecturer and financial trainer, I’ve delivered more than 3,000 hours of lectures and workshops in corporate financial analysis, business valuation, and financial management. As an owner and manager, I led the construction of craft beer production lines financed with EU funds and secured more than PLN 15 million in EU funding for investments.
