@tomasrestrepo
I lead strategic finance, FP&A, M&A, and business analysis for data-driven growth.
What I'm looking for
At Global Relay, I lead Business Analysis and own MRR reconciliation, providing the CFO and executive leadership with a source of truth for recurring revenue. I build metrics dashboards, usage and Salesforce analyses, and billing reports that turn complex data into operational action.
Previously at Klue, I owned annual planning and quarterly forecasting, implemented Drivetrain for real-time scenario planning, and built ARR and revenue models using CRM, FP&A tools, and BigQuery. I also automated reporting and planning workflows while delivering executive reforecasts and Board updates.
At NorLand, I led corporate development and M&A strategy, including a divestment plan valued at $4M and transactions contributing CAD $100M+ in revenue. My work included valuation and P&L modeling, treasury support, cash management, Board materials, and acquisition execution.
Across Best Buy Canada, Grupo SURA, and earlier consulting roles, I've supported growth initiatives, capital planning, investor relations, budgeting, valuation, and strategic decision-making. I bring 15+ years across SaaS, retail, banking, and construction, and I’m fluent in Spanish.
