I’m a Data Analyst and Python-focused professional with over 10 years of experience in the insurance and fintech industry, with 3+ years of hands-on work in data analysis, data processing, and workflow automation. I specialize in turning operational and document-based information into structured datasets that directly support reporting and decision making.

At PASHA Insurance OJSC, I started as a Junior Data Specialist and progressed to a Data Analyst role in the Data Management Department. I work with large-scale operational, financial, and customer datasets—ranging from hundreds of thousands to over a million records—handling data cleaning, transformation, and validation in Python to ensure accuracy and consistency.

I build end-to-end solutions that extract data from documents and operational tasks, transform unstructured/semi-structured inputs (including forms and JSON), and load results into internal systems. I also automate data processing workflows and KPI reporting processes, including creating visual reports using Matplotlib, to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Beyond analysis, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance.
