At FIS, I support Pathward Bank infrastructure across Windows Server, identity platforms, cloud services, and authentication systems. I played a key technical role in replacing legacy RSA authentication with modern MFA, including its server infrastructure, gateway, and NPS components.
Previously at FIS, I served as Team Lead for internal Unix/Linux infrastructure support, administering IBM AIX and Red Hat Enterprise Linux production environments. I coordinated recurring patching and maintenance and supported upgrades, migrations, and complex production troubleshooting.
For Caesars Entertainment, I served as Team Lead supporting its enterprise IBM AIX environment, coordinating monthly maintenance, updates, and upgrades. Earlier at Verizon, I led an infrastructure modernization initiative to identify and retire outdated hardware platforms with high maintenance costs.
