At Isha Solutions LLC, I lead administration, monitoring, and performance tuning for enterprise Red Hat Linux and AIX across production, non-production, and disaster recovery environments. I build RHEL 9 servers with Satellite and automate provisioning, patching, and migrations with Ansible.
I’ve upgraded PowerHA clusters and implemented failover and disaster recovery, while maintaining PowerVM virtualization and IBM VIOS. I also manage storage and SAN connectivity, and support secure file exchange through SSH and SFTP.
At TCS, I automated Linux server provisioning and lifecycle management with Terraform, Ansible, and Bash. I supported 24x7 RHEL and AIX production systems, handled incidents and changes, and contributed to Power Systems migrations and disaster recovery work.
Earlier, at 53rd Bank and Global Payments, I worked on Linux and AIX migrations, security remediation, and infrastructure automation. My experience also includes UNIX and infrastructure team leadership at Capgemini and Arizona Public Service, including support for NERC CIP compliance.
