I’m a logistics planner who combines supply chain execution with data, analytics, and modern tech tools. I collaborate with core supervisors, depots, and plants to maintain master data and integrated planning platforms for end-to-end distribution planning.
In my current role, I plan optimized delivery routes, align route plans with driver availability and fleet capacity, and monitor load plan execution to resolve operational inefficiencies. I also identify route disruption risks, build contingency plans, and analyze route KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
I enjoy building solutions end-to-end—from idea conception to implementation—using dashboards, automation, and structured problem-solving (including 5 Whys). I’ve also supported planning operations during peak periods and emergencies, and I delivered improvements by cleaning and standardizing truck and driver master data, reducing route duplication, and improving truck utilization.
