Tiso User

For Clínica La Fuente, I designed and developed the backend of a clinical management system with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic. I also built a React single-page frontend connected to its REST APIs.

I integrated the application with Orthanc and the DICOM standard so users can consult and view medical images. I gathered requirements with the client, assessed the impact of changes, and provided support after implementation.

For a League of Legends community on Discord, I developed a bot with discord.js and a web panel with Next.js App Router and TypeScript. I modeled its PostgreSQL database with Prisma and managed migrations.

I deployed and maintained that solution in the cloud using Neon, Railway, and Render, and monitored its availability. I’m studying Information Systems Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica (UNA), Sede Regional Brunca.
