Delivered technical presentations to potential clients and collaborated with customers and engineers to determine system requirements. Supported product research and development and assisted in securing City of Cape Town tenders.

Promoted and demonstrated premium coffee machines and selections to customers. Organised promotional stands and distributed product samples to generate new opportunities.
