What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute as an AI Swahili Trainer, using native-level Swahili dialect and cultural context, prompt writing, RLHF feedback, transcription, and image labelling to deliver fair, accurate AI training data. I work well remotely and asynchronously.

I’m an experienced AI Trainer and native Swahili speaker with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training data for leading AI platforms including Appen and Scale AI. I specialize in prompt writing, RLHF feedback, model evaluation, and response rating & benchmarking, helping improve AI model accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.

I also bring hands-on expertise in audio transcription and image labelling, including object detection, segmentation, and classification, while consistently meeting throughput and quality targets. I’m committed to building AI systems that are fair, accurate, and effective for Swahili-speaking communities across East Africa, and I’m comfortable working in remote, asynchronous, deadline-driven environments.
