What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote contract work training and evaluating Swahili language capabilities—delivering high-quality annotated data, reproducible error traces, and structured feedback that improves prompt design and evaluation metrics.

I’m a Swahili language specialist with demonstrated expertise in linguistics and AI language model training. I evaluate advanced AI language models using structured Swahili conversations and targeted linguistic scenarios across grammar, semantics, pragmatics, and cultural relevance.

I identify, document, and reproduce failure modes related to noun classes, tense/aspect/mood, agreement, idioms, and sentence structure. I provide detailed feedback to improve prompt engineering strategies and evaluation benchmarks, helping models reason more accurately.

Alongside training and evaluation, I contribute high-quality annotated data and perform linguistic QA: proofreading, consistency validation, and adherence to style guides and annotation standards. I’m detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently in fully remote, contract-based environments.
