At Sun King, I lead a team of technical specialists extending business systems through API integrations and custom development across African and Asian markets. I built SunKing Hub, an employee hub for ticketing, workflows, process documentation, IT asset management, and e-signature.
I’ve also built tools for operational needs, including a stocktake app that reduced the time to collect and aggregate monthly stock, and an email load balancer handling 150,000 emails a month. I’ve integrated device management platforms and developed approval workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, and Power Automate.
Earlier, I built customer care integrations at 2Tech Team Limited and gate access and space management systems with Andela and Africa's Talking (Decoded Africa). I enjoy taking an operational problem, building a practical solution people will use, and documenting it so others can run it; I’m currently completing a second degree in Mathematics and Computing.
