At ConceptAngle Consulting Pty Ltd, I tested a web application for order management and delivery. I created and maintained test plans, test cases, and checklists, and performed functional, exploratory, smoke, regression, and configuration testing.
I also used SQL to investigate data inconsistencies, checked interfaces against product requirements and design mockups, and created service interaction diagrams and user flow maps in Miro. At ITMO.“Pushkin Digital”, I developed user scenarios, documented product requirements, and conducted usability testing.
