At P. Avelar Engenharia, I coordinate the development, review, and BIM coordination of fire prevention and protection projects using Revit MEP. I’ve supervised more than 200 projects and helped standardize the office’s BIM workflow.
Earlier, as an independent Civil Engineer, I completed 19 fire protection projects, including 12 approved during initial regularization stages and seven AVCBs. At Segurança Engenharia LTDA, I worked on projects for Alpargatas, Santa Casa de Belo Horizonte, and Catedral Cristo Rei, with more than 300,000 m² approved by the fire department.
