At Albuquerque Engenharia, I inspect buildings and write reports on issues including facade cracking, water and gas leaks, and tile detachment. I also built a tool using the DJI Thermal SDK to measure temperature per pixel and flag anomalies.
I ran handover inspections of 45 apartments, using 360° surveys, sewer endoscopy, and thermography, with a report for each unit. For the Ohana hotel build at Beach Park, I supported Diagonal Engenharia with as-built records for 17 disciplines and tracking 191 punch-list items.
As a court-appointed expert witness for the Court of Justice of Ceará (TJCE, SIPER), I was appointed in 7 cases and delivered a property valuation report under ABNT NBR 14653. I also prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and bid comparisons.
Through OMNI Projetos & Serviços de Engenharia, I design and install gas and fire-protection systems. My work has included installing about 600 m of buried gas main at Beach Park resort and inspecting and testing fire-protection systems in two office towers and a helipad.
