I am a QA Automation Engineer focused on building scalable test frameworks and AI-integrated pipelines that bridge acceptance criteria to executable tests. I design maintainable CI/CD testing pipelines and lead pipeline construction and debugging to ensure stable releases.

My recent work includes developing the QAP AI QA Orchestrator, an engine automating Jira-to-Playwright workflows with human-in-the-loop oversight, and implementing Playwright, Robot Framework, and Appium test suites. I hold PCEP certification and prioritize code maintainability and risk-based validation.

I have experience across enterprise and service environments, including roles at DigiCert and the City of Cape Town, where I optimized test scripts, tracked defects, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve in-house testing processes. I also bring hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipeline ownership and deployment stability.

Outside of software QA, I founded and run a small business delivering non-invasive body-sculpting treatments, demonstrating strong client management, business operations, and results-driven service delivery. I blend technical rigor with practical problem-solving to deliver reliable, secure releases.
