Rolled out proactive monitoring solutions based on Zabbix and Sumo Logic. Revamped Jenkins based CI/CD infrastructure for scalability and ease of use, and established the DevOps road-map for the company.

Consolidated Jenkins instances to rebuild a standard CI/CD pipeline and fine-tuned deployment process using AWS AMIs and Asgard. Evaluated and implemented a Datadog based monitoring solution.

Reporting into VP engineering, built the engineering operations team, took over operations from developers and set up DevOps processes. Rolled out the release process and monitoring across all applications.

Rolled out RMS(one), RMS's SaaS offering in private cloud.

Managed the release of new Big Data product, Advertising Insights from Yahoo, beginning hardware procurement through its deployments and stabilization. Led the rewiring of Unified Advertising Datamart into other data centers and led the SRE team that supported advertising data analytics products.

Architected and developed the DevOps infra and tools for MobStor, a new cloud storage platform. Developed and deployed the infrastructure for Yahoo! Photos EOL project and led the engineering efforts to decommission it.

Investigated and fixed customer escalated issues in production and managed related patch releases. Led an offshore development team in India that helped to fix software bugs.

Managed the train-the-trainer program for offshore teams. Worked with third-party software and hardware vendors to resolve engineering issues and to get their tools and platforms certified. Coordinated with Clarify development teams and the offshore porting team that added support for new platforms.

Worked at Headstrong (Techspan), Smith & Nephew, HCL America, Computervision, IIT and IPCL during this period, primarily as software engineer and system integrator.

Pursued a Master of Technology in Industrial Management at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Completed a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering at the University of Calicut, India.
