I've led document drafting, regulatory reporting, and communications with regulatory and judicial authorities as Compliance Officer at Mioym Equities, while supporting construction, project, and asset managers and contractors.

Previously, I ran a civil law practice at Gage Law Office focused on real estate, probate, business organization, family law, and bankruptcy. I've also performed title searches and closings, developed residential properties, formed LLCs for small businesses, and served as a New Hampshire State Representative and Chair of the House Judiciary Committee.
