On EarnLoop, I worked with Firebase/Firestore before backend functionality was migrated to Supabase. I participated in database integration, authentication, and troubleshooting; core features have been reported as working in a live deployment.

I also contributed to developing and deploying the live TICOSO website, which is in use. Its content management system currently needs attention because of a deployment/backend-related issue and subscription limitations.

My other experience includes processing loan applications and customer information at Select Financial Services, and voter registration and verification for the Malawi Electoral Commission. I also facilitated focus group discussions for TTP Tanzania and gained workplace experience at Zoe-Tech Printers.
