At the University of Malawi, I contributed to requirements gathering, systems analysis, and solution design for the Safe Mother Malawi Digital Health Platform. I also considered usability and accessibility for users in low-bandwidth environments.

Through UNDP Malawi / Nzeru Hub, I support digital skills awareness and inclusive digital transformation as a Digital Skills Trainer, Facilitator & Ambassador. As a Digital Advocate, I create visual content and support promotional materials for online platforms.
