I’m a versatile Human Resource Management professional with more than 15+ years of experience, centered on operational HR services and employee-focused outcomes. Throughout my roles as an HR Manager, I’ve owned visa process coordination, labor card and visa renewal/cancellation document preparation, and ensured compliance through maintaining and updating employee files and HRMS records. I also manage performance evaluation, contract renewals, disciplinary documentation, and exit formalities to keep processes accurate and legally aligned.

I bring strong expertise in recruitment and selection lifecycle—sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and pre-HR interviews—using multiple job portals and coordinating with recruitment agencies. I’m equally effective in employee relations, grievance handling, wage & salary administration, payroll processing, attendance/OT monitoring, and welfare initiatives that drive engagement, motivation, and retention.
