I am a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester with 3.5 years of experience in manual testing and a growing knowledge of test automation. My journey in quality assurance has been driven by a passion for improving software quality and user experience. I have hands-on experience testing machine learning models and working within Salesforce environments, which has equipped me with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and user satisfaction.

At Cloudapps, I created and maintained comprehensive manual test cases across multiple projects, ensuring quality in each release through Agile testing in fast-paced sprint cycles. I reported and tracked bugs using GitHub and maintained a Kanban board for task management. My collaboration with developers to understand new features and plan appropriate testing has been crucial in delivering high-quality software. I am eager to deepen my automation skills and pursue ISTQB certification to further enhance my contributions to the field.
