At Popmenu, Inc., I designed and implemented an automated toll-free SMS verification platform that improved customer onboarding through third-party telecommunications integration. I also developed a secure user impersonation system to help engineering, QA, and support troubleshoot customer issues.
I partnered with DevOps on the migration from Heroku to AWS, establishing a job recovery pattern for background processes during auto-scaling. During a critical incident, I built an emergency SMS failover solution that later became a customer-facing feature.
At Papercut Interactive, I developed custom web applications, plugins, and CMS extensions using CodeIgniter and ExpressionEngine. I also built an automated room-scene rendering engine with JavaScript and ImageMagick, generating architectural-quality product imagery without WebGL.
