I'm currently a freelance recruiter sourcing and qualifying candidates for international remote and hybrid roles. I use LinkedIn, online job boards, and Boolean search to build pipelines for positions including AI Engineer, IT Lead, B2B Senior Sales, and Senior FP&A.
I've supported outreach, resume review, candidate qualification, interview coordination, and recruitment activities for international clients. I work independently while continuing to build my sourcing and recruitment skills.
