At Icons web tech Pvt Ltd, I administer Jira environments supporting over 1,500 users and build complex workflows for issue management and collaboration.
I develop Groovy scripts with ScriptRunner to automate tasks and customize Jira, and create JQL filters, dashboards, and reports. I also configure Jira Service Management for IT and customer support teams.
Across work for Yahoo and Sentinel One, I supported Atlassian migrations, integrations, and upgrades. I’ve also worked with Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines, and web application integrations.
